Comprehensive Rural Reform (acronym RRI in Spanish) is a central point in the Peace Agreement, as there is longstanding inequality in land ownership in Colombia (CINEP, 2021: 5). This point of the Peace Agreement has seen the least progress (Kroc, 2021: 16), measures have not been implemented to modify the agrarian structure in Colombia and, therefore, the necessary structural changes have not been made to comprehensively transform the countryside and the rural sector.
